A 3 steps approach

Step 1: Prepare the workshop

The preparation of the workshop is done in collaboration with a sponsor within company, organization or community.

During this phase, we define:
• The objective,
• The topic,
• The perimeter,
• Participants.

Step 2: Animate the workshop

The Vhiseo® workshop is animated by a consultant.

It covers, within a timeframe of 1 to 3 days, the 5 following topics:
• Past,
• The current location,
• Future tendencies,
• Possible scenarios of progress,
• The action plan.

Step 3: Present the results

The restitution of the results of the workshop is done with the management and then with the participants.

It covers:
• Finalized cards,
• Analysis of the workshop,
• The summary report,
• Recommendations,
• The action plan to set up the selected scenario.
